The National Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Multi-Sectoral Committee (NDPPMC) met yesterday at the National Emergency Operation Center, Mausica, to continue planning for National Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Month this May. While May will be packed with drills, disaster awareness campaigns, community clean-ups, and other preparedness activities, efforts will continue to strengthen national resilience and readiness throughout the year.
